Custom Engine Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot

Agents in BizChat has been available for some time already, but now there is an upcoming update to Agents. The introduction of “ custom engine agents ” in Microsoft 365 Copilot! These specialized agents can be built on any large language model (LLM), toolchain, or orchestration tool, tailored specifically for your domain or tenant workflows. Initially supported in Microsoft Teams, this feature will soon be available in Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat ( BizChat ).   The introduction of Custom engine agents enables your organization to create customized experiences using your own AI systems and orchestrators. You can design unique prompts, connect to any LLM, and integrate these custom agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot. Coming to Ignite Tour Stockholm next week

I am pleased to announce I am going to Stockholm to join the Ignite Tour. I have been asked by Paul Cherbin to join him for his session "Skype for business to Microsoft Teams: guidance for a successful upgrade"
I have been invited to talk about some of the options there are for bringing Scandinavian PSTN numbers to Teams. More specifically on "Hosted Direct Routing" provided by Telenor, and how we tie this service in with our mobile services as well.

I will probably be in the Expo area for most of the event, and will be at the Teams booth holding demos and answering your questions. So if you feel like a chat or to have a cup of coffee, don't be shy. I'll love to answer some of those Teams-PSTN questions you might have.
