Microsoft 365 comes with a lot of portals and APIs through which you can manage your tenant. If your job is focused on just a couple of workloads, you can get by with using a couple of portals to perform your tasks. But if your task is to manage multiple, or even all the workloads for the organizations, you can find yourself spending a lot of time jumping between portals and user interfaces.
Some organizations solve this by writing their own tools to gather the information they need on a daily basis. Bun not everyone has that capacity in their own organization. This is where third party tools come in, and can really help you getting an overview of what is going on in your tenant. One of these tools is AdminDroid.
The tool comes with almost 1000 different reports on the status of your tenant. It is really easy to get to know what's going on in your tenant (or not), and the user interface is really intuitive. AdminDroid will not only give you great insights into Azure AD and all that is configured there (users, groups, licenses, security and more), but the reports can be used to dig into the audit logs for multiple workloads. The tool can help you identify what has happened to files and folders in Sharepoint, tell you how many secret channels there are in your Teams organization, who have been given access to another's mailbox or is a great starting point if you want to look into how your organization has adopted MFA.
