11th MVP Award Rewarded

I am actually on vacation, but as I sit here under the summer sun, toes in the pool and a cold drink within reach, I have been waiting for that email confirming that I’ve been awarded my 11th Microsoft MVP Award! As last year, I am being awarded in both the Teams and Copilot category. To say I’m humbled would be an understatement. Proper presenter or attendee roles in Teams

Rolling out these days are the new presenter and attendee roles for meetings in Teams. This is yet another feature which brings Teams closer to the Skype for Business experience many are asking for.

Road-map feature 51047 should complete by the end of November, and will be enabled by default. I do recommend an update to training and user-guides.

To set the roles ahead of time, use the "meeting options" in the meeting entry to open up a web page where these settings can be set.

Locate the "Who can present", and choose from : "Everyone", "People in my organization", Specific people" and "Only me".

After you have selected "Specific people", use the search tool to pick the presenters.
