11th MVP Award Rewarded

I am actually on vacation, but as I sit here under the summer sun, toes in the pool and a cold drink within reach, I have been waiting for that email confirming that I’ve been awarded my 11th Microsoft MVP Award! As last year, I am being awarded in both the Teams and Copilot category. To say I’m humbled would be an understatement. Powerpoint presenter view now available in Teams Public Preview

 

Powerpoint presenter view is now available in the public preview of Teams. This feature will let you control a presentation, much in the same way you control a regular presentation. 

Among some awaited functionality are the thumbnails for easy access, and the notes section where you can read the notes for each slide.

If you pass control to another presenter they will also get the same experience. 

The presenter view is the default view when sharing a powerpoint directly from the sharing action in a meeting.

If you want to participate in the public preview to get early access to features like this, your IT admin need to set an update policy that turns on Show preview features. This is how to do it
