Here are a few recent updates across Microsoft 365 Copilot that focus on removing friction between drafting, collaboration, and delivery. Whether you are publishing content, working in shared inboxes, or turning notes into structured data, these changes aim to make the transition from idea to output much more seamless. Seamless handoff from Copilot Pages to SharePoint news This update introduces a direct path from Copilot Pages into SharePoint News, making it easier to move from draft content to published communication. Users will see a new SharePoint option under the Create button in Copilot Pages. Selecting it opens the existing content in the SharePoint News editor, where it can be refined and published. The feature is enabled by default and respects existing SharePoint permissions, policies, and governance controls. Existing publishing workflows remain unchanged.
