Here are three new updates to the user interface of Microsoft Copilot. These releases improve usability, expand interaction options, and streamline how users incorporate work content into prompts. The spotlight feature was released some time ago, but only supported one speaker at the time. An update to this feature has been announced, and will hopefully be rolling out in the April-May timeframe.

Presenters and organizers are the ones who can control the feature. It could be advisable to go through the training material to make sure organizers know how to control who gets access to control features like this.
