Microsoft is giving the Copilot Prompt Gallery a refresh, and releasing it as a seperate app users can pin to their app-bar. The Copilot Prompt Gallery app promises to enhance user experience and productivity. This refresh will introduce a new home page and an improved prompt browsing experience, making it easier for users to navigate and utilize the app effectively.

Make the new app available to your employees

To make sure your employees can benefit from the new Copilot Prompt Gallery app, you need to enable Teams apps for your tenant by customizing the default settings for Teams apps that work on Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app. Additionally, you should configure the Prompts app for users in your organization by managing its availability.
