Copilot Studio Agent Report Template Microsoft is rolling out a new feature in Viva Insights: the Copilot Studio agent report template. This Microsoft Power BI template will be available in public preview starting mid-April 2025, and provides an aggregated view of Microsoft Copilot Studio agent adoption and impact across the organization over time, with the flexibility to explore details for specific agents. This feature will bring valuable insights into the usage of agents, making it easier for organizations to make informed adjustments and optimize their performance. The Copilot Studio agent report covers usage and impact metrics for agents built using Copilot Studio that are published outside of Microsoft 365 Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, and excludes agents that enhance Microsoft 365 Copilot and autonomous agents. Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) offers a robust solution to safeguard sensitive information. Purview's new and upcoming DLP capabilities can soon help secure your organization's use of Copilot even better.

Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) is expanding its capabilities to support Microsoft 365 Copilot. This enhancement will allow DLP policies to identify sensitive documents using sensitivity labels and exclude them from processing in Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat.

The feature will be available for customers who already have E5 (or equivalent) licenses together with copilot licenses. Information protection admins can then create policies that will include Microsoft Copilot in addition to all of the existing services.

The preview started in late November, and it should be available to test for most enterprise customers already. Keep an eye on Roadmap ID 423483 for further details.
