SharePoint governance updates tighten content discovery for Copilot and Search

If you've been following recent SharePoint, Search, and Copilot announcements, you may have noticed a pattern. Microsoft has released several related updates over the past few weeks that all point in the same direction: stronger governance of how content is discovered, surfaced, and accessed across Microsoft 365.
